Question: What does it mean to have AI agents as colleagues in a product development team?

In this talk I'll share some personal experiences and insights about this. We use agents in all aspects of product development - backlog management, design, development, testing, and release management. This has given us a level of productivity that I have never seen or experienced in my life. It also has interesting implications on the very nature of product development, and how we work to accomplish things. For example, when coding is 10x more effective, what happens to other parts of the process? Well, we know this from lean and theory of constraints - the bottleneck moves!
